Congress is about to pass a law that will result in billions in government spending - all the stimulus talk that is on the news these days. a nice chunk of that is going to federal public land improvements -- things like roads, trails and parks. Boating and Climate Protection -- Check this out

So the link between boating and climate protection is pretty easy -- shorter winters = less winter snowpack = less western water in the summer. Yeah, I know that there was plenty of snowpack this year, but the overall climate trend isn't looking so great at the moment.
