These are a few shots I took on a recent excursion with my wife Monica to the Angler's Inn section of the Potomac River, in Maryland. It was a few weeks ago, before the leaves had come out. One thing I noticed, was the river can be a little creepy sometimes.
I used to see all sorts of odd things - I won't go into that, due to the sexual nature of some of them. Let's just say that the hiking trails at one point in time were a place for people to meet up and, well, enjoy nature.
On this recent day, there were lot's of bony trees, a big building on the hill that someone once told me is a mental hospital, and a bunch of turkey vultures hanging out in the trees. It was all very Hitchcock. I do love that section of river, but, like I said, creepy.
