Kayaking is the single best thing i think that has happened to me in my 17 years on this planet, it has shown me soooo many incredible places, introduced me to some of my best friends and taught me so much about myself. I cant really describe what it is about kayaking that i love, Corran Addison said once that it is like trying to describe a color to a blind person, you just cant. And that's how i feel, i just cant describe it, its no longer just an adrenaline fix, its about getting into amazing places that hardly anyone has seen unless they were in a kayak, or pushing yourself to the edge of what you are comfortable with and going just a little further, its about dropping in with a bunch of guys that you know got your back no matter what kind of crazy shit the river throws at you, its about having just as much fun getting to the river as you do on it, and then kickin back at the takeout, then add adrenaline and a whole bunch of fun and that is mostly why i am completely 100% addicted to kayaking.
