About Me:: I'm a college student at jacksonville state university trying to finish up a degree in geography. I've been paddling for 8 years and am lucky enough to be sponsored by Riot Kayaks, Mion Footwear, WRSI Helmets, and Alabama Small Boats. I'm not really into competition, I'm more of a soul boater I guess not out for the supposed "fame and glory" However I love all aspects of kayaking and my favorite thing to do is blend playboating and creeking, that fits the defintion of freestyle in my eyes...

Favorite Rivers:: little river canyon and its tribs, the green, the raven fork

Music:: clutch, slightly stoopid, sublime, modest mouse, any of the marleys and many many more...

At 4:36am on April 13th, 2008, Dan Lindberg Sweden said…: Hi Charlie! We had an great day, yesterday. 15 paddlers i the water and good paddling . TV and newspapers where there and it was so cool. The snow was sometimes heavy but we had the hot bathtub going all the time, so we spent 4 hours in the playspot with the competition. We will put up some pictures on extreme.nu soon. Some guys where really eger to se how you managed to do the Mcnasty in that shallowed water. (:
