KayakMind is a small, independent, advertising-supported site — there’s no support desk behind it, just this address. If a calculator gave you a number that looks wrong, a guide has an error, or you’ve got an idea for a tool that’s missing, this is where to send it.

support@kayakmind.com. We read everything that comes in. As a small site we can’t promise a fixed reply time, but we do get back to people.

What’s useful to include

• Tool feedback: which calculator (for example the Paddle Length Calculator or the Kayak Weight Capacity Calculator) and the numbers you entered, so we can check the result.
• Content corrections: a link to the page and what looks off.
• Tool or topic suggestions:what you were trying to work out that we don’t cover yet.

One thing we can’t do by email: give you a personal go/no-go call on a specific trip, kayak, or set of conditions. For that, a qualified instructor or your local outfitter is the right call, not an inbox.
